Lay flat Ventilation ducting material are usually used in
positive pressure application for conveying fresh air to
underground worksite. Lay flat ducting are widely used for
ventilation in UG mining and tunnel operation. They are flexible,
light in weight, easy to transport and require less manpower for
installation.
We adopt hot air welding technology to make lay flat duct and for
welding place, its strength can be retained to maximum extent. The coupling type can be steel ring, zipper or
Velcro. The diameter can be from 10 inches to 100 inches. Our
standard section length is 15ft, 30ft, 50ft, 100ft. We can also
customize to make special specifications as our customers request.
For our flexible ventilation ducting, flame retardant and
anti-static ducting are optional. We can customize to make the
ducting material for you at first, then make the final ventilation
ducting for you.

material, we are able to offer a complete and reliable ventilation
system.
Brattice Cloth & Curtains
Ventilation ducting material consist of a woven or knitted textile
made from polyester yarn coated on both sides with softened PVC,
normally in yellow or black.
The polyester textile gives the Ventilation ducting material
its mechanical strength. Different textile thicknesses are used in
the different duct qualities. The textile is made in accordance
with specifications, including for the number of threads per cm and
type of yarn for warp and weft.
The coating on the textile makes the ventilation duct air and
water tight, protects the yarn against UV radiation and chemical
effects of light, plus it makes it possible to weld the individual
sheets together into a circular duct. Thicker coatings provide
better wear resistance.
We can make both PVC-coated fabric and PVC laminated fabric from
yarn weaving, PVC compounding to final coating or laminating. The
width of our fabric can be from 1.00m
up to 5.10m. The color can be customized. Our fabric has good
flexibility, excellent tensile strength and tear strength.

Coupling System
Connecting of the Flexible Ducting : Flexible ventilation
ducting can be connected in different ways.
Steel Coupling
A steel ring is welded in one end of each tube. The tubes are
then connected to each other by mounting the tube end without steel
ring over the tube with steel ring. Then a steel connecting ring is
mounted over the two tubes and tightened.
A connection system with one inner steel ring a lose tube end
gives flexibility and different tube length can be connected to
each other.
Zip Connection
Zip connection has been used since the beginning of the
eighties. Today it is the most common connection. It is both the
most strong and easy way of connection. It's is used when having
long tubes and for large diameters. Zip connection is often used in
TBM projects. The zip is mounted on the tube in both ends and is
easily connected to the next tube.
Velcro Coupling
The Velcro connection can be used for larger diameter to make
handling and connecting easier. The Velcro connection is mounted on
the tube in both ends and is easily connected to the next tube. It
is strong and will not be damaged and can be used for many years.
Ducting Repair
Flexible ventilation ducting is often used in high traffic
areas where damage due to equipment and blasting is inevitable.
Ongoing maintenance and repair of the ventilation ducting is
critical to managing leakage and providing a cost effective,
efficient ventilation system. We offers Repair Kits with a number
of options designed to provide quick and easy repairs to your
installation.
Sewing and Use of Glue
Always have clean and dry fabric to work on. If you sew, use
double thread and choose distance between each thread depended on
damage. For better results, sew "up and down". This
method is for quick repairing and should not be permanent because
of leakage. For better durability and density use glue after
sewing. It's also usual only to use glue. When using glue, always
have something on the inside to press against until the glue is
dry. At the same time you avoid that the ducting paste together at
the inside.
Hot Air Gun
As an extra we can deliver the repair kit with a hot air gun.
Repairing with the hot air gun is the most professional way to
repair ductings. The results are optimal durability of a repaired
damage and no leakage. When using hot air gun, always have
something directly under the area you are repairing! It's very hot,
be careful when using it and protect yourself!
Zipper Repair Sleeve
What is more, we can supply zipper repair sleeve for instant
ducting repair. It is a quick and easy fix for damaged ventilation
ducting that pays instant dividends in reducing leakage. Simply
align the Zipper Repair Sleeve covering the damaged section of duct
and close the zipper. It's that easy to save money and increase air
flow at the face. Zipper repair sleeves are offered in diameters
from 10 inches to 100 inches.
Spiral Duct
Spiral ducting ( semirigid ducting
/ concertina / negative pressure ventilation ducting )
The spiral ducting can be used as
elbows in positive pressure application and in negative pressure
application , where it is necessary to exhaust air, toxic gases,
dusts and other industrial pollutants out.
Our spiral ducting are made of the PVC-coated fabric with spring steel wire helix reinforced.
They are extremely flexible (can be compressed) and have good
suction effect.
The pitch can be 150mm, 200mm,
300mm and the diameter of wire can be from 5mm to 10mm. The diameter of our spiral ducting can be from
10 inches to 70 inches. Our standard section length is 5m. The
coupling type can be steel ring, zipper or Velcro. We can also
customize to make special specifications as our customers request.
